Full meeting registration includes catered lunches (Tuesday through Thursday), two daily coffee/snack breaks, and appetizers at the Welcome, Poster, and Student Fundraising Auction receptions. During registration, you’ll be able to indicate any dietary needs and confirm that you agree to the meeting code of conduct.

The conference banquet includes a choice of Turchi Mediterranean chicken, vegetarian moussaka, or vegan moussaka.
Full-meeting registrants may purchase their own ticket for $20. Guest tickets and tickets for single-day attendees are $175 and include a contribution to student support. Transportation to the banquet venue can be requested during registration.
An optional field trip to Chittenango Falls and a Devonian fossil site will take place on Friday, June 19. The trip includes roundtrip transportation and a boxed lunch, with a limit of 36 participants.

Private, modern, and convenient lodging is located on campus near the talk venues, at ESF’s Centennial Hall. We are offering free, on-campus parking to guests, right next to Centennial Hall. Housing rates are charged per person and will include the week (earliest check in at 8 a.m. on Monday 15 June, check out by 5 p.m. Friday 19 June). All housing includes breakfast at Trailhead Café in Gateway Center. Rooms include wi-fi, independent temperature control with A/C, linens (sheets, towels, washcloth), blanket, pillows, small refrigerator in room, microwave in room. You will have the option to select your roommate or suite-mate if you choose. You may select a room from the following three room types:
1) Most private: Double Room with 1 occupant, bathroom inside the room, breakfast included at Trailhead Café: $350 ($75/night room rate)
2) Private bedroom (1 occupant), suite bathroom shared with one person, breakfast included at Trailhead Café: $290 ($60/night room rate)
3) Double room (2 occupants), bathroom inside room, shared, breakfast included at Trailhead Café: $250 ($50/night room rate)
Centennial Hall (lodging) is a modern facility with elevators. However there are a couple flights of stairs on the short walk between Centennial Hall and the main meeting building at Gateway Center. If you think you will require transport please indicate this in your registration so that we have a head count. We can pick you up in the morning and return you in the evening as needed.
We have notebooks, keychains, stickers, bottle opener magnets, and t-shirts available to anyone to purchase during registration. There are two logo versions: Pride logo or Blue logo. For the t-shirts we have given four unique background color options that highlight each of these logos. Collect ‘em all!
