AMS 2023 Registration

If you didn't register to attend the meeting in-person you can still sign up to join remotely and live stream the talks! The deadline to register as an in-person participant of the meeting and to submit abstracts was June 30th but see below to register to join the meeting remotely.

The banquet is free for student members and $50 for non-students. Attendance is limited to 125 and registration for the banquet is first-come, first-serve.

The field trip is $50 for all participants. The field trip is expected to fill. If you are keen to attend, we suggest you register ASAP.

In the interest of inclusivity, all oral presentations will be streamed live to the web for viewing by remote participants who are unable to attend the meeting in-person. Registration for remote participants will be $25. Please note: only in-person presentations will be possible and events other than oral presentations and the JEDI panel will not be live-streamed.

Whether or not you choose to attend this year's AMS meeting, please consider participating in a voluntary anonymous survey to gather information about the barriers that may be preventing malacologists from fully participating in the AMS, including joining the Society, renewing membership, and attending annual meetings. We also want to understand how these barriers intersect with factors like career stage, identity axes, and other Justice, Equity, Diversity, & Inclusion (JEDI) areas of interest.
