In-person and virtual registration is open for the first joint meeting of the American Malacological Society (AMS) and the Freshwater Mollusk Conservation Society (FMCS).

All prices are in US dollars. AMS and FMCS offer the same rates in the categories below; select the appropriate society-specific ticket in Whova. Registration processing fees are covered by the organizer. Space is limited.

Non-member full-meeting in-person registrations include membership, which will be activated later.
What full-meeting registration includes
In person: Four days of talks, the opening plenary, poster presentations, welcome reception, poster reception, auction reception, banquet, and business lunch. Explore the preliminary program.
Virtual: Online access to four days of symposium talks and the opening plenary. Joining instructions will be sent before the meeting. Virtual presenters should review the presentation requirements.

Day tickets do not require or include society membership. Only morning and afternoon break food and beverages are included. The full-meeting banquet and reception package is not included in a day ticket.
Exhibitor admission includes a table, chair, electrical access, admission for one person, and morning and afternoon break food and beverages.

Your own banquet attendance is included in full-meeting in-person registration. The free collections-work option records your interest; organizers will contact you about arrangements.
Planning to present?
Submit through the abstract submission portal and instructions by January 15, 2027, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. Abstract submission and meeting registration are separate steps.
